Application Form

2009 Science Workshops for Educators Application Form

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE STARTING THE APPLICATION:

In the application below, when you see "support" we are referring to TUITION ONLY. If you ask for "partial" or "full support" you are asking for help with TUITION costs. Almost all other costs associated with attending the workshop; housing, books, most meals, and most of your travel expenses are included as part of the workshop. For more detailed information on fees see the "Fees and Funding" section of the web site.

The online application process has changed since last summer. This year, if you are requesting partial tuition you need to submit both a letter of interest and a letter of support. If you are NOT requesting tuition support then you only need to submit a letter of interest.

You can only submit one application. If you need to revise your application, please e-mail spacegrant@psu.edu.

More information, and answers to many of your questions can be found on the Summer Science Workshop web site: http://teachscience.psu.edu

Thank you for your interest in the Summer Science Workshops!
